The focus of the Tennessee Food Safety Task Force is to enhance the safety and protection of the food supply in Tennessee.   The Task Force is comprised of a network of representatives from state agencies, academia and food industry organizations.  Its mission is to provide a forum to enhance communication and strengthen partnerships among stakeholders throughout Tennessee by providing food safety educational opportunities.
